Subway Class Action

Subway has been slapped with a class action lawsuit on behalf of all employees titled "sandwich artists" employed by the California Subway franchise By Faith, Inc., which operates several Subway stores in Riverside County.

The employee class action lawsuit accuses the company of denying its workers of rest breaks and requiring they work off the clock to reduce payroll hours.

The claims seem to be quite lengthy. Employees seek unpaid minimum wages, unpaid overtime wages, improper wage statement penalties, costs, interest, and attorney's fees.
