Chipotle Rounding Up Your Bill

Chipotle has been hit with a class action due to rounding up their customer bills to the nearest 5 cent increment. For all of you that are not math people that means if your meal was $5.43 they would round it up to $5.45 and charge you $5.45 for your meal.

Chipotle is claiming they never made any profit off of this because they rounded both up and down to the closest 5 cents. The idea was to save time by limiting the amount of combinations of change on cash transactions.
