Client was a homeowner who was viciously attacked by a neighbors dog. As a result of the attack the victim required multiple surgeries and partial loss of use of hand.

The neighbor had been previously warned. The defense team at first denied ownership (had several dogs) of the dog. Eventually, through postal authorities and witnesses we were able to establish ownership of dog. The case settled in favor of my client for a six figure settlement.
