The California High Court has ruled that any hosts of drunk underage guests (charging admission) can be held liable for any injuries they might cause themselves or others.
The case came about after Jessica Manosa at age 20 threw a party at her parents rental home. One of her guests died outside after being hit by a car driven by another guest leaving the party.
